Our CNC laser cutting machine uses a special CNC system, based on the Windows operating system fiber laser cutting machine. 

It integrates many special function modules for laser cutting control., which has a good human-machine interface and simple operation.

This machine adopts gantry type double drive structure, imported precision gear rack, and linear guide rail, thus ensuring the stability of the transmission.

Product Description:

This CNC laser cutting machine has the characteristics of fast cutting speed and a small slit in the cutting process. The industrial machine tool design ensures high speed and stability of the laser cutting process. Equipped with excellent fiber lasers of different powers, it realizes the function to cut and punch high-precision precision machining of various metals and materials, and follow-up dynamic focusing device in the cutting process. By increasing the voltage of the arc column, it can significantly increase the power of the plasma arc, thereby increasing the cutting speed and cutting a larger thickness of the metal sheet. The arc column voltage is often not achieved by adjusting the gas flow rate and increasing the internal pressure of the electrode, but the arc column voltage cannot exceed 65% of the no-load voltage, otherwise, the plasma arc will be unstable.
