The Precautions Of Laser Marking Machine

Laser marking is marked with a laser beam on a variety of different material surfaces. The effect of marking is to expose the deep material through the evaporation of the surface material, or to "mark" the trace by the chemical and physical changes of the surface material, or by burning some of the material by light,showing the desired pattern of etching, text.

At present, the accepted principles are the following two kinds:

"Thermal processing" a laser beam with a higher energy density, which is a concentrated energy flow, is irradiated onto the surface of the material being machined and the surface of the material absorbs laser energy to generate a thermal excitation process in the irradiated area, coating temperature rise, resulting in metamorphosis, melting, ablation, evaporation and so on.

"Cold processing" has a very high energy (UV) photon, can interrupt the material (especially organic materials) or the surrounding medium chemical bonds, to the material non-thermal process damage. This cold work has a special meaning in laser marking processing because it is not hot ablated but does not produce "thermal damage" side effects, interrupting the chemical peeling of the chemical bond, and thus the inner and outer regions of the surface to be machined resulting in heating or thermal deformation and so on. For example, an excimer laser is used in the electronics industry to deposit a chemical film on a base material, and a narrow groove is formed on the semiconductor substrate.

Laser marking machine in the use of the process, we should pay attention to six things:

1, is strictly prohibited without water or water cycle is not normal to start the laser power and Q power supply;

2, do not allow Q power no-load work (that is, Q power supply output floating);

3, abnormal phenomenon, first turn off the galvanometer switch and key switch, and then check;

4, do not allow the krypton lamp lit before starting other components to prevent high pressure fleeing into the damaged components;

5, pay attention to the laser power output (anode) vacant, to prevent and other electrical ignition, breakdown;

6, to keep the internal circulation of water clean. Regularly clean the laser marking machine water tank and clean the deionized water or pure water.

In the use of the process should comply with the above matters, the correct use of laser equipment, so as to extend the equipment life and reduce costs.
