The working principle of the laser cleaning machine is basically the same as that of the laser marking machine. It is mainly used to ablate the surface of the product by rust, coating, oil stain and other surface substances generated by the laser beam on the surface of the product. How the laser cleaner works


1. Generate various laser beams by different types of lasers.


2. The energy density of the laser can be adjusted to allow the dirt to expand by heat. When the expansion force of the dirt is greater than the adsorption force of the dirt on the substrate, the dirt will leave the surface of the object.


3. The laser beam can generate several thousand degrees or even tens of thousands of degrees of high temperature near the focus, so that the dirt instantly evaporates, vaporizes or decomposes.
