1.Laser machine

This is the core component of the laser marking machine. Depending on the model, it usually has many series of lasers: fiber, UV, CO2, YAG, semiconductor, etc. Its output laser mode has a long life and is designed to be mounted in the marking machine housing.

2. Laser power supply

The laser marking machine laser power supply is a device that supplies power to the laser, and its input voltage is AC220V AC. Installed in the marking machine control box. The fiber laser marking machine consists of a structural drawing.

3. Current meter field mirror scanning system

The galvanometer scanning system consists of two parts: an optical scanner and servo control. The composition of the vibrating lens consists of three parts: the stator, the rotor and the detection sensor. The entire system is designed and manufactured using new technologies, new materials, new processes and new working principles.

The optical scanner uses a servo motor with a moving magnetic deflection mode of operation. The optical scanner is divided into an X-direction scanning system and a Y-direction scanning system, and a laser reflecting lens is fixed on each servo motor shaft. Each servo motor is digitally controlled by a computer to control its scanning trajectory.

4. Computer Control System

The computer control system is the control and command center of the entire laser marking machine, and is also the carrier for software installation. The workpiece marking process is completed by coordinated control of the acousto-optic modulation system and the galvanometer scanning system.

5. Focus system

The function of the focusing system is to focus the parallel laser beam at one point. The f-θ lens is mainly used, and the focal lengths of different f-θ lenses are different, and the marking effect and range are also different. The fiber laser marking machine adopts imported high-performance focusing system. The standard lens focal length is f = 160mm, and the effective scanning range is Φ110mm. The user can select the model lens as needed.

6. Mark control software

The laser marking machine software is used to control the marking parameters, control the application interface of the debugging, and operate to mark all actions.
